As
Structural Engineers we can utilise the local
soil parameters to achieve an optimum design where concrete or steel
retained structures are proposed. We utilise information obtained from
desk studies, such as site soil and ground water profile data in order
to construct accurate conceptual models for each site. From this we can
then design accurate ground models to facilitate site remediation and
engineering ground solutions appropriate to the development.
